Which install error are you seeing?

“App not installed”

Usually a conflict with the Play Store Roblox or an older Delta build, or not enough storage.

“The package appears to be invalid”

The APK did not download completely, or the file was damaged.

“App isn’t compatible with your phone”

Your phone is 32-bit or runs Android 7 or older. Delta needs 64-bit Android 8.0+.

“There was a problem parsing the package”

A broken download or an Android version that is too old.

Fix 1

Fix “App not installed”

  1. Uninstall the Play Store version of Roblox. Delta uses the same package name, so both cannot be installed together.
  2. Uninstall any older Delta build too.
  3. Free up at least 1 GB of storage.
  4. Install the newest APK again from the download section.
Fix 2

Fix “The package appears to be invalid”

  1. Delete the APK you downloaded.
  2. Switch to a stable Wi-Fi connection. Prepaid mobile data often cuts large downloads.
  3. Download the APK again and wait until it finishes fully. The file is around 200–250 MB.
  4. Open it from your file manager and tap Install.
Tip: if the download keeps failing, try another browser such as Chrome instead of a built-in phone browser.
Fix 3

Fix “App isn’t compatible with your phone”

Go to Settings › About phone and check your Android version. Then install a free app like CPU-Z and look at the “Kernel architecture” or “Instruction sets” line. If you see arm64 or aarch64, your phone is 64-bit.

If your phone is 32-bit or runs Android 7 or older, Delta will not install. Roblox itself has dropped most of these devices. Your options are a newer phone, the PC version, or an iPhone.

Play Protect

Play Protect blocked the install?

Google Play Protect warns about most apps installed outside the Play Store, including the real Delta. Before you tap “Install anyway”, upload the APK to VirusTotal. If several big antivirus engines call it a trojan, delete it. That file is not the real Delta.

Install errors: questions players ask

Can I install Delta without uninstalling Roblox?

Usually not. Delta and the Play Store Roblox share a package name, so Android refuses to install one over the other.

Does Delta work on 32-bit phones?

No. Delta needs a 64-bit phone with Android 8.0 or newer.

Do I need root to fix install errors?

No. None of these fixes need root.
