“Untrusted Enterprise Developer” Fix for Delta iOS

Installed Delta on your iPhone or iPad but get “Untrusted Enterprise Developer” when you open it? iOS just wants you to trust the profile first. Here is how, plus what to do when the option is missing or the app was revoked.

Why it happens

Why iOS shows “Untrusted Enterprise Developer”

Delta for iOS is not on the App Store. It is installed with an enterprise certificate, either through the Direct Install method or a signer app such as ESign or KSign. iOS blocks apps signed this way until you manually trust the developer profile on your device.

The fix

How to trust Delta on iPhone and iPad

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to General › VPN & Device Management (on older iOS versions: Profiles & Device Management).
  3. Under Enterprise App, tap the developer name linked to Delta.
  4. Tap Trust, then confirm.
  5. Make sure you are online, go back to the home screen and open Delta.
Other cases

When the normal fix does not work

No “Enterprise App” in Settings

The install did not finish or the profile was removed. Delete Delta and install it again.

“Unable to verify app”

iOS needs internet to verify the certificate. Turn off VPN or Low Data Mode, connect to Wi-Fi and tap Verify again.

App opens then closes instantly

The certificate was revoked by Apple. Wait for a new signed build and reinstall. See the Delta iOS guide.

Profile trusted but still blocked

Restart your device, then open Delta again. Some iOS versions need a restart after trusting.

Stay safe

Avoid these “fixes”

Never install a configuration profile from a random site to “fix” Delta, and never pay for a “lifetime certificate” from an unknown seller. These can give someone else control over your device settings.

iOS trust errors: questions players ask

Is trusting the Delta profile safe?

Trusting lets apps signed with that certificate run on your device. Only trust profiles that came from the official Delta install method, and remove them when you stop using Delta.

Why does Delta iOS stop working after a few days?

Apple revokes enterprise certificates it finds being used outside a company. When that happens you need to reinstall Delta with a new certificate.

Do I need a computer to fix this?

No. Everything is done in the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
